White onion and sparkling cider velouté, aged parmesan croutons v
Lentil ragout, sourdough crumbed duck egg, fresh Wiltshire truffle v
Imam bayaldi, Dorset yogurt, sourdough crisp v
Scottish salmon gravlax, marinated beetroot, organic leaves, horseradish
Arancini, nduja, chorizo, toleggio, aioli
Nduja scotch egg, red pepper jam, roasted garlic aioli
Main courses
Wild mushroom risotto, old Winchester, Hinton harvest leaves v
Macaroni & cheese, montgomery cheddar, parmesan, girolles, shaved truffle v
Roast cod, celeriac puree, chanterelles, puy lentils
Roast pheasant, Agen prunes, savoy cabbage and Alsace bacon, Armagnac jus
Slow roast belly pork, Stornoway black pudding, cavelonero, barley, roasting juices 

Festive sharing board includes ~ ballotine of turkey, slow roast belly pork and roast pheasant, with traditional trimmings ~ served family style & is available for six or more guests
Desserts
Spiced plum sorbet, chilled black cow vodka
Sticky toffee and date pudding, vanilla ice cream, toffee sauce
Apple and blackberry crumble, vanilla ice cream
Chocolate terrine, pistachio and crème fraiche sorbet
Christmas pudding, orange marmalade, brandy custard
This menu is available for parties of six or more. 
Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a £10 per person deposit, 
one weeks notice is required for a refund in the event of a cancellation. 

Our food is prepared in our kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present.
